Doug Perry Memorial Golf Tournament

Doug Perry Memorial Golf Tournament

As co-chair for the Doug Perry Memorial Tournament, we have raised over $50,000 for the benefit of a scholarship fund for a deserving golf scholar athlete attending the University of California Santa Barbara. Mr. Doug Perry was a UCSB golf team member from 1980 to 1982. He passed away to cancer in 2005. His parents along with the support of previous UCSB golfers, Steve Lass (UCSB Golf Coach) and the UCSB staff, we have had four very successful annual tournaments. The tournament has drawn both local and national support in participation. The field has attracted over a 110 players every year. The local businesses and major golf companies have been extremely supportive with there donations of gifts and prizes. The field has had some great golfers participating in its previous years. Like past Mid-amateur champion, Masters participant Kevin Marsh. 2-time Remax long drive champion, Mike Gorton has played in the event. Also, many of the best local pros and amateurs and former college players have also participated in the tournament. Come join us for a great event of golf and fun. Click on entry form to print your entry. Thank you for the support.
